Royal Romania Tours&Events is a business registered by the Romania Government under registration J40/1339/2019, whose registered address is 27 Dimitrie Cantemir blvd, Bucharest, Romania. We are regulated by the Department for Tourism, a department of the Romania Government, under registration 1835/2019.
Booking and cancelation policy
In order to book the tour, we kindly ask for a 30% advance payment. This payment is not refundable. Paying the deposit implies you agree to our terms and conditions. This terms can be changed by a different offer made by Royal Romania Tours&Events for a speciffic trip/tour/event.
The remaining 70% is to be paid no later than 30 days prior to your arrival. The 70% is refundable if the cancellation occurs at least 10 days before the start of the tour. No further refunds are possible past this date. There will not be any refund for any unused portion of a travel booking. If you cancel while the tour is in progress, there is no refund for the unused portion. This terms can be changed by a different offer made by Royal Romania Tours&Events for a speciffic trip/tour/event.
TRAVEL INSURANCE is NOT included in the tour price. We strongly recommend that you arrange your own travel insurance to cover against illness, injury, loss/damage to personal belongings.
Travel documents: To the best of our ability, we can assist and inform you on required documentation. However, it is your responsibility to obtain information and to have in your possession all the required documentation to travel, (passports, visa, health pass etc.) required by the relevant governmental authorities.
Limitation of responsibility and disclosure: Royal Romania Tours&Events is not the source or supplier of the travel services requested, and acts as an agent for suppliers and other independent contractors providing accommodations, transportation, and/or other services. Each of these companies is an independent entity with its own management, and is not subject to our control. We do not have the right to control the operations of operators and suppliers, so Royal Romania Tours&Events is not liable for any personal injury or property damage which may arise out of these services. Weather conditions (water level on rivers/lakes, presence/absence of snow, sunshine, rainfall, etc.) are out of our control, and we will not assume any responsibility for any air and/or ground schedule changes.
Force Majeure in relation to Royal Romania Tours&Events is any circumstances beyond the control of Royal Romania Tours&Events, including, but without limitation: explosion, flood, tempest, forceful wind, fire or accident, war or threat of war declared or undeclared, acts of terrorism, sabotage, insurrection, riots, strikes, civil disturbance, requisition, sickness, quarantine, government intervention, weather conditions, defects in machinery and vehicles, delay, wildlife, or other untoward occurrences.
If Royal Romania Tours&Events and/or any of its suppliers are affected by Force Majeure, they can change/cancel any itinerary or part of the trip/tour/event. Payment of any refund shall remain in our discretion, although we shall use our reasonable efforts to reimburse you where possible.
